What to Send for an Evacuation Diagram Quote
The clearest quotation starts with the best available project information. Send what you have, identify the current file version and clearly mark anything that still needs to be confirmed.

Send the clearest current floor plans, existing diagrams, approved artwork, marked-up sketches or useful photographs. If several versions exist, identify which version should be used.
2. Project details
Include the project or site name, suburb and state, building type, your contact details and the person responsible for reviewing the proofs.
3. Diagram locations
Identify each proposed display location and the direction the viewer will face where this has been confirmed. Clearly identify repeated locations and any levels or rooms that differ.
4. Equipment and evacuation information
Provide the confirmed exits, routes, equipment locations, assembly information and other project-specific content required on the diagrams. Clearly mark anything awaiting confirmation.
5. Quantity, size and material
Include the estimated quantity and any known requirements for size, material, finish, mounting or presentation. Evacu8 can discuss suitable production options where these details have not been decided.
6. Branding and templates
Supply approved logos, colour references, title blocks or existing project templates that must be followed.
7. Proofing and approval
Where drafting or revisions are included, Evacu8 issues proofs for review. The client or nominated project contact must check the locations, equipment, routes, wording, orientation and quantities before approving production.
8. Delivery and timing
Provide the delivery address, required completion date and any staged production requirements.
